PRODUCT DETAILS:

Our Kinky curly is a steamed texture, the hair is still raw- it's just water steamed to achieve the desired texture.
Mony Beauty’s Hair is 100% natural raw hair from the South Indian temples. Single/One donor hair.
Cuticles intact and aligned in one direction.
Since the hair is raw and unprocessed, it can be bleached/colored to the lightest 613.
Comes in natural color and typically comes between a color 1B and 2, which means they may have hint of brownness. or we also have Color options: #1, #2, #3, #4.
Easy to flat iron or curl.
Free of chemicals and synthetic fibers.

CARE & MAINTENANCE:

Our extensions doesn't come ready to wear, we recommend washing it before use.
Maintain your MB hair extensions by treating them like your own hair, detangle regularly and deep condition at least once a week to maintain the quality and the longevity of your hair extensions.
Use products that are sulfate free, hydrate and brush gently with a tangle brush.
Always use a heat protectant before blow drying, flat ironing or curling to prevent damage.

FOR MORE DEFINED CURLS

Use some Curl defining cream, gel, mousse, etc.
Use paddle brush to detangle hair.
Scrunch the damp hair.
Use diffuser for the best results and more volume.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

REFUND POLICY:

Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale.

We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately.We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle.

Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges on hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with. You may return your MB Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have been unused and returned in original MB packaging as received. Please note that you will incur a 5% handling fee on all returns and you will be responsible for the return postage. Items must be received within 14 days of the date order was placed.
