Mony Beauty is a Dubai-based beauty e-commerce startup, specializing in raw ethically sourced curly hair extensions and beauty products.

Role Description

• Handling WhatsApp and social media customer service.
• Managing Shopify orders and coordinating DHL shipments/deliveries.
• Email support and general admin tasks.
• Daily updating and organizing Excel sheets and records.
• Archiving, organising and maintaining structured drive files.
• Customer interactions, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicating with vendors.
• Scheduling calls & meetings.
• Support and follow up with finance team.
• Providing executive support for Mony.
• Occasionally attend events alongside with Mony.
• Handle fulfillments if Mony is out of the country.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or e-commerce operations (beauty industry experience is a strong advantage).
• Familiarity with Shopify order management and online customer communication platforms (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Tiktok, email, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• High level of attention to detail, especially when handling orders, records, and data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and digital file management systems (Google Drive or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Calm, patient, and solution-oriented approach when dealing with customers and vendors.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with remote teams.
• Reliable, vert responsive, and highly accountable with strong follow-through.
• Willingness and availability to occasionally attend events and support in-person operations when required.
• Based in Dubai or able to commute for hybrid work requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and workspace.

• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hair Extensions Specialist with a strong portfolio.
• Strong expertise in Keratin capsule application.
• Blow-drying and cutting skills.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and industry trends.
• English language proficiency is required.

• We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator to plan, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts.
• This hybrid role combines creative production with strategic planning to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality vertical videos (9:16) and photos.
• Create and post daily content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Shorts,Snaps).
• Plan and manage monthly and weekly content calendars.
• Write short, engaging captions and strong CTAs following Mony Beauty tone of voice.
• Monitor trends and create trend-driven content.
• Track analytics (views, watch time, saves, shares) and optimize performance.
• Maintain an organized content library.
• Ensure brand consistency and premium visual standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience creating short-form content (beauty/lifestyle preferred).
• Strong phone filming and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Rush, or similar).
• Good eye for composition, lighting, and clean visuals.
• Basic English writing skills for hooks and captions.
• Understanding of Instagram & TikTok analytics.
• Portfolio required (IG/TikTok/Drive links).
• Arabic is a plus.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and digital marketing.
