Mony Beauty raw hair is an investment. Our Hair Renewal Program is an exclusive aftercare service for restoring, repairing, or transforming authentic Mony Beauty hair extensions so they can be enjoyed for longer.
Every set is reviewed individually. Approval, results, final weight, and turnaround time depend on the hair's condition, construction, treatment history, and the service requested.
Renewal Services
Transform your existing Mony Beauty hair into another application method, subject to assessment:

Not every set can be transformed. Eligibility depends on its condition, length, weight, density, and construction.
Pricing
The Hair Renewal Program is priced at AED 7 per gram. Full payment is required in advance after the preliminary assessment and before the hair is accepted for renewal.

The payment is calculated using the weight submitted by the customer. After the renewal is completed, the hair is brushed, weighed, and quality-checked. The final service total is then recalculated at AED 7 per gram.
If the final usable weight is lower than the estimated weight, the difference will be refunded. If the final total is higher because of an approved additional service, material, or replacement hair, the difference must be paid before dispatch.
Return delivery, customs charges, additional hair, and special materials are not included and are charged separately.
How the Renewal Program Works
Step 1 Submit Your Request
Contact our team on WhatsApp before sending your hair. Please provide:
- Your original Mony Beauty order number
- The renewal or transformation service requested
- Clear HD photographs of the complete set
- A close-up video showing the hair and attachment areas
- The approximate current weight in grams
- Details of any coloring, bleaching, cutting, chemical treatment, installation residue, or previous alteration
Step 2 Receive a Preliminary Assessment
Our team reviews the information and confirms whether the hair appears suitable for renewal. This assessment is preliminary; final eligibility can only be confirmed after physical inspection.
Step 3 Pay in Full
If the hair appears eligible, you will receive a payment link for 100% of the estimated service total, calculated at AED 7 per gram. Payment must be completed before the hair is accepted.
Step 4 Send Your Hair
After payment, send the dry, detangled, and securely packaged hair according to the instructions provided. The customer is responsible for the cost and safe delivery of the hair to Mony Beauty.
Step 5 Physical Inspection
The hair is transferred to our specialist workshop, where its authenticity, condition, construction, density, length, and suitability for the requested service are confirmed. If a different service or additional cost is required, we will request your approval before proceeding.
Step 6 Renewal and Quality Check
Once approved, the hair is professionally cleaned, restored, repaired, reconstructed, or transformed. After completion, it is brushed, weighed, and quality-checked.
Step 7 Price Adjustment and Return
The final total is calculated at AED 7 per gram using the final usable weight. Any refund or approved additional balance is settled, return delivery is paid, and the renewed hair is dispatched. Tracking details are sent after shipment.
Turnaround Time
The estimated turnaround time is 7-14 business days after the hair is received, physically approved, and transferred to the specialist workshop. Shipping time is not included.
The timeframe may vary depending on:
- The condition of the hair
- The requested service and complexity of the work
- The availability of required materials
- The current renewal queue
We will advise you if a custom or complex transformation requires additional time.
Before Sending Your Hair
Please ensure that:
- The hair is completely dry and gently detangled
- All pieces belonging to the set are included in a clean, secure bag
- Your full name, telephone number, and original order number are included
- Any coloring, bleaching, cutting, chemical processing, salon work, or third-party alteration is disclosed
- Any tape, glue, thread, clips, or installation residue is disclosed
Wet, damp, moldy, infested or heavily contaminated hair will not be accepted.
Important Information
Authentic Mony Beauty Hair Only
This program is exclusively available for authentic Mony Beauty extensions. The original order number is required for verification. Hair purchased from another company will not be accepted.
Final Length and Weight
Length and weight may decrease when damaged ends, weak strands, old stitching, clips, bands, adhesive residue, or unusable sections are removed. Replacement hair will never be added without your approval and is subject to availability, texture, length, color, and additional cost.
Shipping Responsibility
The customer is responsible for sending the hair to Mony Beauty using a tracked and insured courier. Mony Beauty is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged before delivery to us.
Return delivery is charged separately. Courier delays, delivery times, customs duties, and import charges are outside Mony Beauty's control and remain the customer's responsibility.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can every set be renewed?
No. Eligibility depends on the hair's condition, remaining weight, chemical history, previous alterations, and the requested service. Final acceptance follows physical inspection.
Can you add hair if my set has become thinner?
Yes, Additional raw hair may be purchased separately, subject to donor availability, texture, length, and color. Nothing will be added without your approval.
Will my extensions return to their original condition?
Renewal can significantly improve eligible hair, but used or permanently damaged extensions cannot always be restored to a brand-new condition.
