REFUND POLICY:

Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale.

We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately.We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle.

Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges on hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with. You may return your MB Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have been unused and returned in original MB packaging as received. Please note that you will incur a 5% handling fee on all returns and you will be responsible for the return postage. Items must be received within 14 days of the date order was placed.

PLEASE NOTE: Hair that has been chemically treated—such as relaxed, permed, or excessively processed—may not hold natural curl patterns effectively. As a result, achieving the desired curly style might be challenging during our styling session. In such cases, we unfortunately recommend using a curling tool yourself to enhance the look and maintain the style.
